The location was great and we were able to park in the underground carpark although I would recommend booking with the hotel prior to arrival. We liked the restaurant for aperitivo, dinner and breakfast on the top floor with fantastic views of the city and the surrounds. Lovely to sit outside on the terrace which almost goes all the way round. Dinner and breakfast were brilliant and the staff in the bar and restaurant were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Facilities for coffee and tea making were excellent but personally I would have preferred cups rather than paper cups although I’m sure if we’d asked the hotel would have provided them.

The hotel was in the best possible location to explore Piacenza. This city is underrated. We enjoyed the walks, the magnificent Piazza Cavalli and shops etc etc. This hotel is perfect. I had to buy an extra bag for the shopping I did on the market. Very reasonable prices too! A win-win for Piacenza. And last but not least the people were all so kind and helpful. This town exudes style and La Dolce Vita.

This was our second time staying at this hotel while visiting friends in Piacenza, and will not be the last. Excellent hotel and location. We stayed in the Farnese suite both times. Good mix of modern comforts and old world charm. The lobby is grand and welcoming. As well as the staff. Quiet street just steps away from the busy bustling city center. Rooftop bar cannot be beat for aperitivo. Our kids loved the view!

small for me for old down excellent Garage not bad at least I learned how to park my car in difficult parking area I was lucky to have small car It great to parking in the OLD town because it will difficult to fine parking near by!!!! even morning time it will be fine to get from the parking at night when return back it will little challenging and full I keep the key with reception team to access for the guest so really the y make your live easier

Great location in a beautiful town. Within easy walking distance of the wonderful piazzas, streets, restaurants & bars. The hotel is comfortable and a good standard of accommodation.

Rooms were great, clean, modern. Location is great in beautiful Piacenza. Restaurants and grocery shops in proximity. Roof top restaurant has amazing views. Parking available underground.

The location was good, parking the car in the garage under the hotel was very convenient. The hotel has a very cozy rooftop bar with a wonderful view of the city

Great location for an early flight from Milan the following morning. Staff were very friendly, advising the best place and cheapest place to park as well as recommending an excellent local restaurant for dinner. Loved the bar on the 7th floor. Rooms are well equipped

Nice place to stay (location) + parkings near the hotel Just near the main place and shops (even the market) bright and neat hotel Top Floor retsaurant with view. (breackfast & diner) Food was good (Breackfast & dinner) Rooms space and facilities were fine!
